In large part, this growth is the result of excellent leadership by branch manager, Carlos Ayala. Working his way up through the company, he served as a Special Hazards Tech and then Service Manager, before being asked to run the branch in Nashville.

Carlos says that while there are always challenges that come with his position, the most rewarding part of his job is being able to work with so many talented and dedicated staff members on a daily basis.

Ayala believes the team to be the best that the Middle Tennessee area has to offer, which the competition can't hold a candle to. Eight technicians hold the rigorous NICET certification, and one staff member serves as a volunteer firefighter.
Yet, with all of these impressive credentials and the recent explosion in growth experienced at the branch, they've been able to maintain a family atmosphere and mindset among the team. This close-knit attitude shows, and customers feel that the Koorsen team cares – because they truly do.
Community Involvement
The staff of the Nashville branch not only care about their customers, they care about their community as well. They do a walk to benefit breast cancer each year, and they've just completed their first build for Habitat for Humanity. This excellent charity provides affordable housing to people in need, and the Koorsen staff have donated their time and skills to help construct a home for a deserving family. The Nashville branch is also currently planning a few different charity events, with all of the proceeds to go to local charities in the area.
Off-Hours Recreation
One way to stay focused and passionate on the job, is to take time to have fun in the off-hours. The Nashville branch staff enjoys a variety of leisure activities, especially outdoor past-times.
