Terre Haute Wastewater Utility, situated along the Wabash River, is a Class IV treatment plant for activated sludge wastewater. The plant receives over 10 million gallons of wastewater a day from the district’s network of old brick sewers, drains, PVC pipes, clay tile, pumping stations, and concrete structures.
